And this is a Writ We have sent down, one blessed, confirming what was before it, and that thou warn the mother of cities and those around her; and those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they preserve their duty.

This is a Book We have sent down and blessed, confirming what came before it, so that you can warn the Mother of Cities* and the people around it. Those who have iman in the akhira believe in it and safeguard their salat.
And this is a Scripture which We have sent down, blessed, authenticating what is present with him, and that you may warn the capital of the towns and those around it. And those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they are dedicated to their contact-method.
And this Qur'an is the Blessed Book that We have sent down, confirming the Divine Origin of what was revealed before it, that you (O Prophet) may warn the Central Town, Makkah, and places around it. (From this Center, the Message will fan out (6:90), (12:104)). Those who believe in (the Law of Recompense) the Hereafter, accept this Book as a comprehensive Guide. And they will establish the Divine System.

And this (Qur'an) is another Book that We have revealed, blessed, affirming the earlier (revelations), so that you may warn the people of (Makkah) the town of towns, and those who live around it. Those who believe in the life to come shall believe in it and be watchful of their moral obligations.

And those who believe in the life to come do believe in this ; and it is they who are ever-mindful of their prayers.

(Like that Book) this too is a Book which We have revealed; full of blessing, confirming what was revealed before it so that you might warn the people of the Mother of Cities (Makka) and those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and are evermindful of their Prayers.*
And this Quran -is Heaven's- sent Book breeding perpetual benediction, corroborating and authoritatively validating the authentic Books revealed aforetime; Use it Muhammad to warn people of the mother City and the people of all cities around. It is a Book highly credited by those who acknowledge the truth of the Hereafter and regularly observe their act of worship.
Here is a blessed book revealed to confirm the previous Scriptures and to warn the inhabitants of the metropolis and its surroundings. Those who believe in Hereafter will believe in it (Qur'an) and worship the Lord on regular daily basis.
And this (the Qur’ân) is a blessed Book which We have sent down, confirming (the revelations) which came before it, so that you may warn the Mother of Towns (i.e. Makkah) and all those around it. And this is a Book which We have sent down, bringing blessings, and confirming (the Revelations) which came before it: That you may warn the (people living in the) mother of Cities (Makkah) and all around her; Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in this (Book) and those who constantly guard over their Prayers.
And (similar to the Torah is) this splendid Book which We have revealed, full of blessings, completing (in a comprehensive from all the Divine Messages) which were before it, and (is revealed) that you may warn (the people of) this centre of cities (-the Makkans) and (the people of the places) all around it (-the people of the whole world). And those who believe in the Hereafter believe also in this (Qur'ân), and they are most careful about (performing) their Prayer.
Blessed is this Book which We have sent down, confirming what was before it, so that you may warn the Mother of Cities and those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they are watchful of their prayers.
