Then We gave Moses the Writ, complete for him who does good, and an explanation of everything, and as guidance, and as a mercy, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.

Then We gave Musa the Book, complete and perfect for him who does good, elucidating everything, and a guidance and a mercy, so that hopefully they will have iman in their encounter with their Lord.
Then We gave Moses the Scripture, to complete for those who do right, and to fully detail all things, and a guide and mercy that they may believe in the meeting of their Lord.
We had given Moses the Scripture complete for him who would do good to others. We gave him the Scripture in detail as guidance and a mercy that they might believe in the meeting of their Lord (and that all actions are recompensed).

AND ONCE AGAIN: We vouchsafed the divine writ unto Moses in fulfilment upon those who persevered in doing good, clearly spelling out everything, and guidance and grace, so that they might have faith in the meeting with their Sustainer.
Again, We gave the Scripture unto Moses, complete for him who would do good, an explanation of all things, a guidance and a mercy, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
Then We gave to Moses the Book, completing the benediction of Allah upon the one who acts righteously, spelling out everything clearly, a guidance and a mercy; so that they may believe in their meeting with their Lord.*
Aforetime We had given Mussa the Book -AL-Tawrah- completed to the taste of those who had obeyed Allah and conformed their will to His will. It was well expounded to interpret all matters and issues, guiding people into all truth and a mercy vouchsafed by Allah to His creatures; they might faithfully realize that they shall inevitably assemble before Him, at the predetermined point of time.
It was in this manner (through the revelation) that I blessed Moses with the Book which was a guidance and full of detailed laws, revealed out of My mercy so that they become sure about their eventual meeting their Lord.

Then We gave Moses the Book, complete for him who does good, and distinguishing every thing, and as a guidance and a mercy; haply they would believe in the encounter with their Lord.
Then we gave Moses the Book, complete for him who acts aright, and a decision and a guidance and a mercy; haply in the meeting of their Lord they will believe.
Moreover, We gave Moses the Book, completing for him who would do right, and an explanation and a guidance and a mercy, that per chance (or possibly) they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
Thereafter We brought Mûsa (Moses) the Book, perfect for him who does fair (deeds), and expounding everything, and a guidance and a mercy, that possibly they would believe in the meeting with their Lord.
We gave also unto Moses the book of the Law; a perfect rule unto him who should do right, and a determination concerning all things needful, and a direction and mercy; that the children of Israel might believe the meeting of their Lord.
Then, We gave Musa (Moses) the Book (Torah), completing (Our favor) to those who would do right, and explaining all things in detail— And a guide and a blessing, that they might believe in the meeting with their Lord.
And behold! We gave Moses the Scripture to complete (Our favours) upon him who did good to others and is righteous, and to explain everything worth explaining and as a guidance and a mercy, so that the people may believe in that they will meet their Lord.
Then We gave Moses the Book, completing on him who is virtuous, and as an elaboration of all things, and as a guidance and mercy, so that they may believe in the encounter with their Lord.
