Who transgressed all bounds in the lands,
all of whom were tyrants in their lands
They all transgressed in the land.
They all played God in the land, towns and cities.
Who transgressed all bounds in the lands,
They all transgressed in the land.
They all transgressed in the land.
They all transgressed in the land.
Who terrorised the region,
whom oppressed within the lands
who transgressed all bounds of equity all over their lands,
Who (all) were rebellious (to Allah) in these lands,
who transgressed in the countries of the world
All of whom practiced tyrannies in the land;
…. was such a tyrant in governing his land.
Who did transgress beyond bounds in the lands (in the disobedience of Allâh).
(All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands,
They all transgressed throughout the land,
- those who had rebelled in the cities,
All of them committed excesses in their lands,
who all were insolent in the land
Who were outrageous in the land,
All these were outrageous in the land,
(They) who tyrannized in the lands,
Who had behaved insolently in the earth,
These (people) exceeded beyond limits in the lands.
(All these people were) those who committed (all sort of) excesses in the cities,
—those who rebelled in their cities
