In truth, they are in doubt about the meeting with their Lord. In truth, He encompasses all things.
What! Are they in doubt about the meeting with their Lord? What! Does He not encompass all things?

Look! they are in disquieting and grave doubt about the meeting with their Lord. Beware! He certainly encompasses every thing (in His Knowledge and power).
Look! They are indeed in doubt about the encounter with their Lord! Look! He indeed comprehends all things!
