What God gave in spoil to His messenger from the people of the cities belongs to God and His messenger, and to relatives, and the fatherless, and the needy, and the wayfarer that it be not a distribution by turns between the rich among you. And what the Messenger gives you: take it, and from what he forbids you: refrain — and be in prudent fear of God; God is severe in retribution —

مَٓا اَفَٓاءَ اللّٰهُ عَلٰى رَسُولِه۪ مِنْ اَهْلِ الْقُرٰى فَلِلّٰهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ وَلِذِي الْقُرْبٰى وَالْيَتَامٰى وَالْمَسَاك۪ينِ وَابْنِ السَّب۪يلِۙ كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْاَغْنِيَٓاءِ مِنْكُمْۜ وَمَٓا اٰتٰيكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهٰيكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانْتَهُواۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَۜ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ شَد۪يدُ الْعِقَابِۢ
Ma afaa Allahu AAalarasoolihi min ahli alqura falillahi walirrasooliwalithee alqurba walyatama walmasakeeniwabni assabeeli kay la yakoona doolatanbayna al-aghniya-i minkum wama atakumuarrasoolu fakhuthoohu wama nahakumAAanhu fantahoo wattaqoo Allaha inna Allahashadeedu alAAiqab

    whatever booty Allah gives to His Messenger from city dwellers belongs to Allah and to the Messenger and to near relatives and orphans and the very poor and travellers, so that it does not become something which merely revolves between the rich among you. Whatever the Messenger gives you you should accept and whatever he forbids you you should forgo. Have taqwa of Allah – Allah is severe in retribution.
