And among His proofs is that thou seest the earth laid low, but when We send down upon it the water, it quivers and swells. He who gave it life is the Quickener of the Dead; and He is over all things powerful.

Among His Signs is that you see the earth laid bare and then when We send down water on it it quivers and swells. He who gives it life is He who gives life to the dead. Certainly He has power over all things.
And from among His signs is that you see the land still, then, as soon as We send down the water upon it, it shakes and grows. Surely, the One who revived it can revive the dead. He is capable of all things.
And among His Signs is this: That you see the earth humble (to Command). And behold! When We send down water thereon, it thrills and vibrates with life! Another sign of God is the water that He orders to be sent down to give life to a dead land. The same God Who brings the dead land to life can bring the dead person also to life. Indeed God has power over everything.

And it is (one) of His signs that the earth that looks to you desolate stirs up (with life) and swells (producing herbage) when We shower rain water on it. Verily, He (the Almighty Lord) Who gives it life will surely raise the dead to life (as well). Verily, He is the Possessor of power over every desired thing.
