God has struck a similitude for those who ignore warning: — the wife of Noah, and the wife of Lot: they were under two of Our righteous servants, but they betrayed them; and they availed them nothing against God, and it was said: “Enter, you twain, the Fire with those who enter.”

Allah has made an example for those who are kafir: the wife of Nuh and the wife of Lut. They were married to two of Our slaves who were righteous but they betrayed them and were not helped at all against Allah. They were told, ‘Enter the Fire along with all who enter it.’

They had the honor of being married to two of My righteous servants; but they did not follow their husbands’ way of faith and sided with their enemies against them. Their husbands, naturally, can not help them all against the God. On the Day of Judgment, these women will be told: "Enter the Fire along with those who are condemned to Hellfire."
