And the thunder gives glory with His praise, as do the angels, in fear of Him. And He sends the thunderbolts, and strikes therewith whom He wills. And they dispute concerning God; and He is strong in assault.

The thunder glorifies His praise, as do the angels, out of fear of Him. He discharges the thunderbolts, striking with them anyone He wills. Yet still they argue about Allah when He is inexorable in His power!

Yet they -the infidels- argue against Allah and they are ready to argue than to obey Him when He is the Omnipotent and the Almighty Who strikes at the root.
