114. Surah An-Nas
Mankind
In the name of God, the Almighty, the Merciful.
بِسْمِاللّٰهِالرَّحْمٰنِالرَّح۪يمِ
Bismi Allahi arrahmani arraheem
Say thou: “I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
قُلْاَعُوذُبِرَبِّالنَّاسِۙ١
Qul aAAoothu birabbi annas
“The King of mankind,
مَلِكِالنَّاسِۙ٢
Maliki annas
“The God of mankind,
اِلٰهِالنَّاسِۙ٣
Ilahi annas
“From the evil of the retreating whisperer
مِنْشَرِّالْوَسْوَاسِالْخَنَّاسِۙ٤
Min sharri alwaswasi alkhannas
“Who whispers in the breasts of mankind;
اَلَّذ۪ييُوَسْوِسُف۪يصُدُورِ النَّاسِۙ٥
Allathee yuwaswisu fee sudoori annas
“From the jinna and mankind.”
مِنَالْجِنَّةِوَالنَّاسِ٦
Mina aljinnati wannas
