113. Surah Al-Falaq
The Dawn
In the name of God, the Almighty, the Merciful.
بِسْمِاللّٰهِالرَّحْمٰنِالرَّح۪يمِ
Bismi Allahi arrahmani arraheem
Say thou: “I seek refuge in the Lord of the Daybreak
قُلْاَعُوذُبِرَبِّالْفَلَقِۙ١
Qul aAAoothu birabbi alfalaq
“From the evil of what He created;
مِنْشَرِّمَاخَلَقَۙ٢
Min sharri ma khalaq
“And from the evil of darkness when it gathers;
وَمِنْشَرِّغَاسِقٍاِذَاوَقَبَۙ٣
Wamin sharri ghasiqin ithawaqab
“And from the evil of the blowers on knots;
وَمِنْشَرِّالنَّفَّاثَاتِفِيالْعُقَدِۙ٤
Wamin sharri annaffathatifee alAAuqad
“And from the evil of an envier when he envies.”
وَمِنْشَرِّحَاسِدٍاِذَاحَسَدَ٥
Wamin sharri hasidin itha hasad
