And the evil deeds they did will appear to them, and there will surround them that whereat they mocked.

(On that Day) the evil of their deeds will become apparent to them* and what they had mocked at will encompass them,
There and then shall their deeds of iniquity, and their actions of an evil savour present themselves to them and be on view, and now on all sides shall they be beset by the same material and immaterial things they turned into ridicule.
Then they will realize that what they were doing was wrong and whatever they were mocking at will come back to haunt them.

The evil of their actions will become clear to them. The punishment they mocked will engulf them.
And the evil deeds that they have done shall appear to them, and they shall be encompassed by that they mocked at.
But there shall appear to them the evils of what they have done, and that shall encompass them at which they have been mocking.
And the evil consequences of what they did shall become manifest to them and that which they mocked shall encompass them.
And the odious deeds that they have done will appear to them, and that which they used to mock will redound on them.
But on that day the evils of that which they have wrought, shall appear unto them; and that which they mocked at, shall encompass them:
And then the evil (returns) of what they did will appear before them, and they will be completely surrounded by that which they used to laugh at!
And (on that day) the evils (inherent) in their deeds will become apparent to them. They will be caught by that (very destruction) they used to hold in very low estimation.
The evils of what they had done will appear to them, and they will be besieged by what they used to deride.
