He said: “Then what is your business, O emissaries?”
He added, ‘What is your business, messengers?’
He said: "What then is your business here, O messengers"
He added, "And afterward what is your mission O Messengers?"
He said: “Then what is your business, O emissaries?”
He said: "What then is your affair, O messengers?"
He said, "What then is your business here, O messengers?"
He said, "What is your mission, O messengers?"
And asked them: "What matter, O angels, brings you here?"
said, "Then what is your business , O messengers?"
He added: "And what may you have in view, O you messengers?"
He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)?
He added: "What is your errand O sent ones?"*
"And now", Ibrahim said, "what is the errand on which you Messengers have come?"
He continued: "What is your mission. "
said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?"
Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?"
He ˹then˺ added, "What is your mission, O messenger-angels?"
He said, "Then, what is your mission, O messengers?"
and then asked, ‘Messengers, what is your errand?’
He said, 'And what is your business, envoys?'
He said, 'What is your business, O ye messengers?'
He said, "What then is your business, O you messengers?"
He said, "So, what is your concern, you Emissaries?"
And he said, what is your errand therefore, O messengers of God?
Ibrahim (Abraham) said: "Then what is the (other) business on which you (have come), O you messengers (of Allah)?"
He added, `O you messengers! what is your real business then?'
He said, ‘O messengers, what is now your errand?’
