And who when they are reminded of the proofs of their Lord, fall not down upon them deaf and blind;
those who, when they are reminded of the Signs of their Lord, do not turn their backs, deaf and blind to them;
And those who when they are reminded of their Lord's verses, they do not fall on them deaf and blind.
- And who, whenever they are reminded of even the Revelations of their Lord, do not fall at them deaf and blind (with deaf and blind acceptance).
And who when they are reminded of the proofs of their Lord, fall not down upon them deaf and blind;
Andthose who when they are reminded of the revelations of their Lord, they do not fall on them deaf and blind.
Those who when they are reminded of their Lord's signs, they do not fall on them deaf and blind.
When reminded of their Lord's revelations, they never react to them as if they were deaf and blind.
Who, when reminded of their Lord's revelations, do not fall for them like the deaf and blind;
And those who, when reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall upon them deaf and blind.
and who, whenever they are reminded of their Sustainer’s messages, do not throw themselves upon them deaf and blind;
And those who, when they are reminded of the revelations of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat.
who, when they are reminded of the revelations of their Lord,* do not fall at them deaf and blind;
g) The worshippers who have hearts and minds submissive to Allah. When they are reminded of Allah's revelations, marvels and authoritative signs they do not fall upon them with closed ears and eyes but they open their hearts' ears and their minds' eyes.
They never react to the recitation of their Lord’s revelations, as if they were deaf and blind.
And those who, when they are reminded of the Ayât (proofs, evidence, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat.
Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind;
˹They are˺ those who, when reminded of the revelation of their Lord, do not turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to it.
and those who, when they are reminded of the verses of their Lord, do not fall at them as deaf and blind ones,
who, when reminded of their Lord’s signs, do not turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to them;
who, when they are reminded of the signs of their Lord, fall not down thereat deaf and blind;
and those who when they are reminded of the signs of their Lord do not fall down thereat deaf and blind;
And those who will not witness vanity (frivolous, foolish, ignorant, futile and useless things, falsehood); and when they pass by vain (frivolous, foolish, futile, ignorant, false) discourse, pass by with dignity;
And who, when they are reminded of the signs of their Lord, do not collapse there deaf and totally blind (Literally: all- blind).
And who, when they are admonished by the signs of their Lord, fall not down as if they were deaf and blind, but stand up and are attentive thereto:
And those who, when they are warned by the Signs of their Lord, do not sink down (low) at them as if they were deaf or blind;
And who do not shut their ears and eyes to the commandments of their Lord (but listen to them attentively and with their eyes open) when they are reminded of them (so that their belief is based on conviction and not on mere hearsay).
Those who, when reminded of the signs of their Lord, do not turn a deaf ear and a blind eye to them.
