Their likeness is as the likeness of one who kindled a fire: — when it had illuminated what was round about him, God took away their light and left them in darkness; they do not see.

مَثَلُهُمْ كَمَثَلِ الَّذِي اسْتَوْقَدَ نَاراًۚ فَلَمَّٓا اَضَٓاءَتْ مَا حَوْلَهُ ذَهَبَ اللّٰهُ بِنُورِهِمْ وَتَرَكَهُمْ ف۪ي ظُلُمَاتٍ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ
