He said, ‘By Your misguidance of me, I will lie in ambush for them on your straight path.
He said: "For that which You have caused me to be misled, I will stalk for them on Your Straight Path. "
Iblis said, "Since You have willed that I go astray, I will lurk in ambush for them in Your Straight Path. "
Said he: “Because Thou hast caused me to err, I will lie in wait for them on Thy straight path,

He said, "For You having me sent astray, I will stalk for them on Your Straight Path."
He said, "Since You have willed that I go astray, I will skulk for them on Your straight path.,
"Since You led me into error, " said Iblis, "I shall lie in wait for them along Your straight path.
said, "Because You have put me in error, I will surely sit in wait for them on Your straight path.
said: "Now that Thou hast thwarted me, " shall most certainly lie in ambush for them all along Thy straight way,
He said: Now, because Thou hast sent me astray, verily I shall lurk in ambush for them on Thy Right Path.
Satan said: 'Since You have led me astray, I shall surely sit in ambush for them on Your Straight Path.
Then said AL-Shaytan: " Since You have dismissed me and sent me astray, I will lie in ambush in Your path of righteousness and seduce as many of mankind as I can to decoy therefrom and make vices lurk in the secret corners of their souls".
Satan said: "As you have degraded me, I will appear to mankind enticing them to leave your straight path.
(Iblîs) said: "Because You have sent me astray, surely I will sit in wait against them (human beings) on Your Straight Path.
He said: "Because thou hast thrown me out of the way, lo! I will lie in wait for them on thy straight way:
He said, "For leaving me to stray I will lie in ambush for them on Your Straight Path.
He said, "Now that You have led me astray, I will certainly sit for them (in ambush) on Your straight path.
And then Iblis said, ‘Because You have put me in the wrong, I will lie in wait for them all on Your straight path:
Said he, 'Now, for Thy perverting me, I shall surely sit in ambush for them on Thy straight path;
said he, 'For that Thou hast led me into error, I will lie in wait for them in Thy straight path;
He (Iblis) said, "For that Thou hast led me into error, I will lie in wait for them (ambush them) in Thy Straight Way;
Said he, "So, for that You caused me to be misguided, indeed I will definitely sit (i. e., in ambush) for them (on) Your straight Path.
The devil said, because thou hast depraved me, I will lay wait for men in thy strait way;
He (Satan) said: "Because you have thrown me out of the Way: Look! I will lie in wait against them on Your Straight Path:
(Iblîs) said, `Now, since You have adjudged me to be perverted and lost, I will assuredly lie in wait for them (- the Children of Adam) on the straight and exact path that leads to you.
‘As You have consigned me to perversity, ’ he said, ‘I will surely lie in wait for them on Your straight path.
