They will say: “Our Lord: our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray.
They will say, ‘Our Lord, our miserable destiny overpowered us. We were misguided people.
They said: "Our Lord, our wickedness overcame us, and we were a misguided people. "
They will say, "Our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray.
They will say: “Our Lord: our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray.
Theysaid: "Our Lord, our wickedness overcame us, and we were a misguided people."
They said, "Our Lord, our wickedness overcame us, and we were a misguided people."
They will say, "Our Lord, our wickedness overwhelmed us, and we were people gone astray.
They will say: "O Lord, our misery overwhelmed us, so we remained a people astray.
They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness overcame us, and we were a people astray.
They will exclaim: "O our Sustainer! Our bad luck has overwhelmed us, and so we went astray!
They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk.
They will say: "Our Lord! Our misfortune prevailed over us. We were indeed an erring people.
And there, shall they say: "O Allah, our Creator, our pride and misgivings got the better of our prudence and we were certainly lost in the maze of error. "
They will reply: "Lord, our wicked desires overwhelmed us. We were indeed in darkness."
They will say: "Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were (an) erring people.
They will say: "our Lord! Our misfortune overwhelmed us, and we became a people astray!
They will cry, "Our Lord! Our ill-fate took hold of us, so we became a misguided people.
They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness prevailed over us, and we were a people wandering astray.
They will say, ‘Lord, our waywardness overcame us and we went astray.
They shall say, 'Our Lord, our adversity prevailed over us; we were an erring people.
They say, 'Our Lord! our misery overcame us, and we were a people who did err!
(It will be said) "Were not My revelations recited to you? And did you not treat them as falsehoods?"
They will say, "Our Lord, our wretchedness has overcome us, and we were an erring people.
They shall answer, O LORD, our unhappiness prevailed over us, and we were people who sent astray.
They will say: "O Lord! Our bad luck overtook us, and we became a people who had lost our way!
They will say, `Our Lord! our misfortune got the better of us (when we gave ourselves up to evil doings) and we were actually an erring people;
They will say, ‘Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were an astray lot.
