What ails you that you look not for majesty in God,
What is the matter with you that you do not hope for honour from Allah,
"Why do you not seek God humbly. "
What is the matter with you that you seek not for dignity toward Allah? (His Laws can give you dignity and eminence).
What ails you that you look not for majesty in God,

Why should you not strive to reverence GOD?
What has come upon you that you do not fear the majesty of God,
What is with you that you do not attribute to Allah grandeur
"'What is amiss with you that you cannot look forward to God's majesty,
What aileth you that ye hope not toward Allah for dignity
What is amiss with you that you do not look forward to the majesty of Allah*
"Why are you people notably deficient in real reverence for Allah's Authority and you do not entertain the profound reverence dutiful to Him.
What is the matter with you that you do not fear your Creator?
What is the matter with you, that you hope not for reward (from Allâh or you believe not in His Oneness).
"'What is the matter with you, that ye place not your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah,-
What is the matter with you that you are not in awe of the Majesty of Allah,
What has happened to you that you do not appreciate the Majesty of Allah,
What is the matter with you? Why will you not fear God’s majesty,
What ails you, that you look not for majesty in God,
What ails you that ye hope not for something serious from God,
"'What ails you that you fear not the greatness of Allah?
For what (reason) you do not hope to get reward from Allah for having reverence towards Him,
What aileth you, that ye hope not for benevolence in God;
" ‘What is the matter with you, that you do not place your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah—
(And so did Prophet Muhammad said, ) `People! what is wrong with you that you have no (faith in the Majesty of Allâh and no) hopes for (being granted) honour and greatness from Allâh.
