For it is that they followed what angered God and were averse to His approval! So He made vain their deeds.

ذٰلِكَ بِاَنَّهُمُ اتَّبَعُوا مَٓا اَسْخَطَ اللّٰهَ وَكَرِهُوا رِضْوَانَهُ فَاَحْبَطَ اَعْمَالَهُمْ۟
