What God opens to men of mercy, none can withhold it; and what He withholds, none can send it after Him; and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Any mercy Allah opens up to people, no one can withhold, and any He withholds, no one can afterwards release. He is the Almighty, the All-Wise.
Whatever mercy God opens for the people, none can stop it. And what He holds back none can send it other than He. And He is the Noble, the Wise.

And if He should withhold it -in one form or another- no one can accord it besides Him; He is AL- Aziz (the Almighty) and AL-Hakim (the Source of wisdom and wise mysterious dispensations).
If God showers someone with something out of His Mercy, no body can take it from that person. On the contrary, whatever God does not intend for someone to have, nobody can give it to that person. God is All Mighty, the Most Wise.
