Then does God relent after that towards whom He wills; and God is forgiving and merciful.

ثُمَّ يَتُوبُ اللّٰهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ ذٰلِكَ عَلٰى مَنْ يَشَٓاءُۜ وَاللّٰهُ غَفُورٌ رَح۪يمٌ
