And fears not its final outcome.
And He does not fear the consequences.
Yet, those who came after remain heedless.
For none of them had any fear of what might befall them.

He does not fear the consequence.
And He does not fear the consequence thereof.
for none had any fear of what might befall them.
He dreadeth not the sequel (of events).
He has no fear of its sequel.*
For Allah fears no consequences nor to anything ever He is bound.
God does not care about what a dreadful punishment His rebellious creatures knowingly earn for themselves.
And He (Allâh) feared not the consequences thereof.
And for Him is no fear of its consequences.
He has no fear of consequences.
And He has no fear of its consequence.
He did not hesitate to punish them.
and He fears not the issue thereof.
and He fears not the result thereof!
And He fears not the result thereof!
And He does not fear its Ultimate Outcome.
And he feareth not the issue thereof.
And for Him, there is no fear of its consequences.
And He did not care at all for their end (as to what an utterly miserable state they were reduced).
And He does not fear its outcome.
