And if thou couldst see when the lawbreakers will hang their heads before their Lord: “Our Lord: we have seen and heard, so send Thou us back. We will work righteousness! We are those who are certain!”

If only you could see the evildoers hanging their heads in shame before their Lord: ‘Our Lord, we have seen and we have heard, so send us back again and we will act rightly. Truly we now have certainty.’
And if only you could see the criminals when they bow down their heads before their Lord: "Our Lord, we have now seen and we have heard, so send us back and we will do good work. Now we have attained certainty!"
If only you could see the guilty when they bend low their heads before their Lord, "Our Lord! We have now seen and heard. Return us, then, that we may do good works, for, now we are sure." (33:99-100).

If only you could see the guilty when they bow down their heads before their Lord: "Our Lord, now we have seen and we have heard. Send us back and we will be righteous. Now we have attained certainty."
If only you could see when the sinners will stand before their Lord, heads hung low, (and say:) "O Lord, we have seen and heard. So send us back. We shall do the right, for we have come to believe with certainty."
If you could but see when the criminals are hanging their heads before their Lord, , "Our Lord, we have seen and heard, so return us ; we will work righteousness. Indeed, we are certain."
If thou couldst but see , when those who are lost in sin will hang their heads before their Sustainer, "O our Sustainer! we have seen, and we have heard! Return us, then, that we may do good deeds: for , behold, we are certain !"
Couldst thou but see when the guilty hang their heads before their Lord, (and say): Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back; we will do right, now we are sure.
Would that you could see the guilty standing before their Lord with their heads downcast, (saying to Him): "Our Lord, we have now seen and heard, so send us back (to the world) that we might act righteously. For now we have come to have firm faith."
And if only you Muhammad could envisage the wicked when they are up standing before Allah in Day of Judgement drooping their heads, incensed with multiple wrongs and humiliations, imploring His mercy and expressing their thoughts in words: "Now O Allah, our Creator, we can see what our minds' eyes failed to see and we hear what our hearts' ears failed to hear" "Would You send us back to make up for what we neglected and to imprint our deeds with wisdom and piety. We are now convinced that what the Messengers presented to us was indeed the truth."
I wish you could see the criminals standing head down in front of their Lord saying: " O Lord, now that we have seen and heard the truth with all our senses, please send us back and let us lead a righteous life. Indeed we are convinced now."
And if you only could see when the Mujrimûn (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners) shall hang their heads before their Lord (saying): "Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back (to the world), that we will do righteous good deeds. Verily! We now believe with certainty."
If only thou couldst see when the guilty ones will bend low their heads before their Lord, (saying:) "Our Lord! We have seen and we have heard: Now then send us back (to the world): we will work righteousness: for we do indeed (now) believe."
If only you could see the wicked hanging their heads ˹in shame˺ before their Lord, ˹crying:˺ "Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back and we will do good. We truly have sure faith ˹now˺!"
And (you will wonder) if you see the sinners hanging their heads before their Lord (and saying,) "Our Lord, we have now seen and heard, so send us back, and we will do righteous deeds. Surely, (now) we are believers."
, if only you could see the wrongdoers hang their heads before their Lord: ‘Our Lord, now that we have seen and heard, send us back and we shall do good. we are convinced.’
Ah, if thou couldst see the guilty hanging their heads before their Lord! 'Our Lord, we have seen and heard; now return us, that we may do righteousness, for we have sure faith. '
And couldst thou see when the sinners hang down their heads before their Lord, 'O Lord! we have seen and we have heard; send us back then and we will do right. Verily, we are sure!'
Say: The angel of death who is given charge of you shall cause you to die, then to your Lord you shall be returned.
And if you could see the criminals protruding their heads in the Reckoning with their Lord, (saying), "Our Lord, we have beheld and heard; so return us, that we may do righteousness. (Now) surely we have certitude."
If thou couldest see, when the wicked shall bow down their heads before their Lord, saying, O Lord, we have seen, and have heard: Suffer us therefore to return into the world, and we will work that which is right; since we are now certain of the truth of what hath been preached to us: Thou wouldst see an amazing sight.
And if you could only see when the criminals will hold their heads low before their Lord (saying:) "Our Lord! We have seen and we have heard: So, now send us back (again to the world): That we will work righteousness, verily, we believe now with (all the) certainty. "
Could you but see (their state) when the guilty will be (standing) before their Lord with their heads hanging down (and saying), `Our Lord! we have seen and we have heard. So send us back (to worldly life), we will act righteously, for (now) we are convinced (of the truth about the Hereafter).'
Were you to see when the guilty hang their heads before their Lord , ‘Our Lord! We have seen and heard. Send us back so that we may act righteously. Indeed we are convinced.’
