And when he reached the age of working with him, he said: “O my son: I saw in a dream, that I was sacrificing thee. So look thou — what seest thou?” He said: “O my father: do thou what thou art commanded; thou wilt find me, if God wills, of the patient.”

فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْيَ قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ اِنّ۪ٓي اَرٰى فِي الْمَنَامِ اَنّ۪ٓي اَذْبَحُكَ فَانْظُرْ مَاذَا تَرٰىۜ قَالَ يَٓا اَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُۘ سَتَجِدُن۪ٓي اِنْ شَٓاءَ اللّٰهُ مِنَ الصَّابِر۪ينَ
Falamma balagha maAAahu assaAAyaqala ya bunayya innee ara fee almanamiannee athbahuka fanthur mathatara qala ya abati ifAAal ma tu/marusatajidunee in shaa Allahu mina assabireen
