And whether We show thee part of what We promise them, or We take thee, but upon thee is the notification; and upon Us is the reckoning.
Whether We show you something of what We have promised them or We take you back to Us, your responsibility is transmission and the Reckoning is Ours.
And if We show you some of what We promise them or if We let you pass away, then you are only to deliver while for Us is the reckoning.
(O Messenger) Whether We show you what We promise them, or cause you to die before that, your duty is to convey the Message. And the reckoning is Ours.
And whether We show thee part of what We promise them, or We take thee, but upon thee is the notification; and upon Us is the reckoning.
Andif We show you some of what We promise them, or We terminate your life, then you are only to deliver while for Us is the reckoning.
If We show you some of what We promise them or if We let you pass away, for you is only to deliver, while for Us is the reckoning.
Whether we show you what we promise them, or terminate your life before that, your sole mission is to deliver (the message). It is us who will call them to account.
Whether We allow you to see (the punishment) We have promised them, or end your life before (its execution), it is certainly for you to convey the message; the reckoning is for Us to do.
And whether We show you part of what We promise them or take you in death, upon you is only the notification, and upon Us is the account.
BUT WHETHER We let thee see some of what We have promised them, or whether We cause thee to die - thy duty is no more than to deliver the message; and the reckoning is Ours.
Whether We let thee see something of that which We have promised them, or make thee die (before its happening), thine is but conveyance (of the message). Ours the reckoning.
(O Prophet), whether We make you see a part of the punishment that We have threatened them with come to pass during your life-time, or We take you away before that happens, your duty is no more than to convey the Message, and it is for Us to make a reckoning.*
And We either show you O Muhammad in your life time some part of the retributive punishment We promised them or occasion your death before. You are only responsible for relating the divine message and We are responsible for their trial in Day of judgement.
Rest assured that my treats will be fulfilled. You may see a part of it or your life may not be long enough to see it. In any case, your only mission is to deliver the message. It is My business to call them to account.
Whether We show you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه و سلم) part of what We have promised them or cause you to die, your duty is only to convey (the Message) and on Us is the reckoning.
Whether We shall show thee (within thy life-time) part of what we promised them or take to ourselves thy soul (before it is all accomplished),- thy duty is to make (the Message) reach them: it is our part to call them to account.
Whether We show you ˹O Prophet˺ some of what We threaten them with, or cause you to die ˹before that˺, your duty is only to deliver ˹the message˺. Judgment is for Us.
And if We show you (O prophet) some of what We have promised to them, or We take you back to Us (before that), in both cases you have only to convey the message, and We have to reckon.
Whether We let you see part of what We threaten them with, or cause you to die , your duty is only to deliver the message: the Reckoning is Ours.
Whether We show thee a part of that We promise them, or We call thee to Us, it is thine only to deliver the Message, and Ours the reckoning.
Either we will let thee see a part of what we threaten them with, or we will take thee to Ourself; but thy duty is only to deliver thy message, and ours to reckon up.
Whether We will let you see a part of what We have promised them, or take you to Ourself (before this), your duty is only to deliver the message, Ours is the reckoning.
And whether We show you some (form of punishment) which We promise them, or We take you to Us, surely it is only for you to (carry out) the proclamation, and for Us is the reckoning.
Moreover, whether We cause thee to see any part of that punishment wherewith we have threatened them, or whether We cause thee to die before it be inflicted on them, verily unto thee belongeth preaching only, but unto us inquisition.
Whether We shall show you (in your life) a part of what We promised them or take your soul to Ourselves (before)— Your duty is to make (the Message) reach them: It is Our part to call them to account.
We will indeed let you witness (O Muhammad! the realisation of) some of the punishments with which We threaten them (- the disbelievers) with before We cause you to die. You are responsible only for the delivery (of the Message) and the reckoning is Our Own responsibility.
Whether We show you a part of what We promise them, or take you away , your duty is only to communicate, and it is for Us to do the reckoning.
