Those: their reward is that upon them is the curse of God and of angels and of men all together,
The repayment of such people is that Allah’s curse is on them and that of the angels and of all mankind.
To these the punishment will be that God's curse will be upon them as well as that of the Angels and the people all together!
The recompense of such people is the deprivation of the Grace of Allah and of the support of the angels (The physical Laws in the Universe), and of the support of the human society.

These have incurred condemnation by GOD, and the angels, and all the people.

It is these whose recompense is that the disapproval of Allâh shall be upon them, and that of the angels and of mankind, all together.
Their requital is that there shall be upon them the curse of Allah, the angels, and all mankind.
