O you who heed warning: stand firm for God, witnesses with equity, and let not hatred of a people move you, that you act not equitably; do justice — that is nearer to prudent fear. And be in prudent fear of God; God is aware of what you do.

You who have iman! show integrity for the sake of Allah, bearing witness with justice. Do not let hatred for a people incite you into not being just. Be just. That is closer to taqwa. Have taqwa of Allah. Allah is aware of what you do.
O you who believe, stand for God and be witnesses for justice, and let not the hatred towards a people make you avoid being just. Be just, for it is closer to righteousness, and be aware of God. God is expert over what you do.

O you whose hearts reflect the image of religious and spiritual virtues: Stand guard over Allah’s purpose and make it your aim. And when you are called upon to bear witness to an incident or to a statement or the like, let your attestation be applied to the inward testimony of the conscience reflecting justice and equity. And let not your hatred of a people induce you to injustice. Assert the truth and be consonant with the principle of moral right, and remember that justice is closely associated with piety and that only the actions of the just smell sweet and blossom in the dust. And entertain the profound reverence dutiful to Allah; He is 'Alimun of all that you do.
O’ you who have chosen to believe, stand out firmly for the cause of God. Be just in giving witness to please God. Never let your hard feelings against a party prevent you from testifying the truth. Be fair as justice is a part of righteousness. Keep God with the utmost respect in mind and know that He is fully aware of what you do.

O you who believe, be steadfast for (obeying the commands of) Allah, (and) witnesses for justice. Malice against a people should not prompt you to avoid doing justice. Do justice. That is nearer to Taqwā. Fear Allah. Surely, Allah is All-Aware of what you do.

O believers, be you securers of justice, witnesses for God. Let not detestation for a people move you not to be equitable; be equitable -- that is nearer to godfearing. And fear God; surely God is aware of the things you do.
O ye who believe! stand steadfast to God as witnesses with justice; and let not ill-will towards people make you sin by not acting with equity. Act with equity, that is nearer to piety, and fear God; for God is aware of what ye do.

O true believers, observe justice when ye appear as witnesses before God, and let not hatred towards any induce you to do wrong: But act justly; this will approach nearer unto piety; and fear God, for God is fully acquainted with what ye do.
O you who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah, as just witness for just (and fair) dealing, and do not let the hatred of others to make you lean towards wrong and go away from Justice. Be just: That is next to Piety: And fear Allah, because Allah is Well-Acquainted (Khabeer) with all that you do.
O you who believe! be steadfast, upholders of the right for the cause of Allâh, bearers of true witness in equity, and do not let the enmity of a people move you at all to act otherwise than equitably. Be equitable (always); that is nearer to being secure against evil, and take Allâh as a shield. Surely, Allâh is Well-Aware of what you do.
O you who have faith! Be maintainers, as witnesses for the sake of Allah, of justice, and ill feeling for a people should never lead you to be unfair. Be fair; that is nearer to Godwariness, and be wary of Allah. Allah is indeed well aware of what you do.
