When the water of the deluge arose, We carried you in the ark which swam thereon;
Verily, when the water (of Nuh's Flood) overflowed beyond its limits, We carried you (mankind) in the floating Ark,
(Similarly Noah was disobeyed) and no sooner did the water (begin to) rise high than We carried (people like) you in the floating Ark.
