God has confirmed the vision to His messenger in truth: — “You will enter the inviolable place of worship, if God wills, secure, shaven-headed and cut; not fearing.” And He knew what you knew not, and He appointed, besides that, a near victory.

Allah has confirmed His Messenger’s vision with truth: ‘You will enter the Masjid al-Haram in safety, Allah willing, shaving your heads and cutting your hair without any fear. ’ He knew what you did not know and ordained, in place of this, an imminent victory.
God has fulfilled with truth His messenger's vision: "You will enter the Restricted Temple, God willing, secure, with your heads shaven and shortened, having no fear. " Thus, He knew what you did not know, and He has coupled with this a near victory.

And He has ordained , besides this, a victory soon to come.

Allah takes the matters of fact He knows and you do not, and circumstances them in His own manner and He accorded you besides Hodaibyiah quite a near event.
Indeed the Prophet of God has dreamed the reality: "You will God willing (surely) enter the Sacred Mosque , head shaved or hair shorten, to perform your pilgrimage in peace and with no fear. God knows what you do not know; therefore, He has postponed this victory at hand, for a while.

God truly verified for His Apostle the vision that ye shall verity enter the Sacred Mosque, if God please, in safety with shaven heads or cut hair, ye shall not fear; for He knows what ye know not, and He has set for you, beside that, a victory nigh at hand.

Now hath God in truth verified unto his apostle the vision, wherein He said; ye shall surely enter the holy temple of Mecca, if God please, in full security; having your heads shaved, and your hair cut: Ye shall not fear: For God knoweth that which ye know not; and He hath appointed you, besides this, a speedy victory.
Indeed, Allah shall fulfill the true vision for His Messenger in reality. Certainly, if Allah (so) wills, you shall enter the Sacred Mosque (at Makkah i.e., Al-Masjid Al-Haram) with minds full of protection, heads shaved, hair cut short, and without fear. He knew what you did not know, and besides this, He granted a fast Victory.
Allâh had surely fulfilled for His Messenger the vision, that conformed to the rules of wisdom. `(My faithful Companions!) you shall enter the Holy Mosque if Allâh will, safe and secure, some of you with your heads shaved and (others) with (their) hair only cut short (as is a prescribed rite for a Pilgrim), you will have nothing to fear.' (As for the time involved in its fulfillment) He knows what you do not know. He has, infact, ordained for you a victory (near at hand, at Khaibar) to be gained before (the fulfillment of) that (vision).
