There is no blame upon the blind, nor is there blame upon the lame, nor is there blame upon the sick. And whoso obeys God and His messenger, him will He make enter gardens beneath which rivers flow; but whoso turns away, him will He punish with a painful punishment.

There is no constraint on the blind, nor on the lame, nor on the sick. We will admit all who obey Allah and His Messenger into Gardens with rivers flowing under them. But We will punish with a painful punishment anyone who turns his back.
There is no burden on the blind, nor is there any burden on the cripple, nor is there on the sick any burden. And whosoever obeys God and His messenger, He will admit them into paradises with rivers flowing beneath; and whosoever turns away, He will punish him with a painful retribution.
