So he turned from them, and said: “O my people: I had conveyed to you the message of my Lord, and been a sincere counsellor to you; but you love not sincere counsellors.”

He turned away from them and said, ‘My people, I transmitted my Lord’s message to you and gave you good counsel. However, you do not like good counsellors!’
Thus he turned away from them, and said: "My people, I had delivered to you the message of my Lord and advised you; but you do not like the advisers. "
Saleh was grieved that his people disregarded the Message of his Lord. He moved away from the township saying to himself, "O My people! I gave my Lord's Message to you, and advised you sincerely, but you never liked good advisers."
So he turned from them, and said: “O my people: I had conveyed to you the message of my Lord, and been a sincere counsellor to you; but you love not sincere counsellors.”
Thus he turned away from them, and said: "My people, I have delivered to you the message of my Lord and advised you; but you do not like the advisers."
Thus he turned away from them, and said, "My people, I had delivered to you the message of my Lord and advised you; but you do not like the advisers."
He turned away from them, saying, "O my people, I have delivered my Lord's message to you, and advised you, but you do not like any advisers."
Saleh turned away from them and said: "O my people, I conveyed to you the message of my Lord and warned you; but you do not like those who wish you well. "
And he turned away from them and said, "O my people, I had certainly conveyed to you the message of my Lord and advised you, but you do not like advisors. "
And turned away from them, and said: "O my people! Indeed, I delivered unto you my Sustainer's message and gave you good advice: but you did not love those who gave good advice. "
And (Salih) turned from them and said: O my people! I delivered my Lord's message unto you and gave you good advice, but ye love not good advisers.
And Salih left them, saying: 'O my people! I conveyed to you the message of my Lord and gave you good advice; but you have no liking for your well-wishers.'
But Saleh had warned them beforehand of the impending danger, and when he was met with defiance, he relinquished the prospect of their conformity to Islam. And when heaven avenged its own right, he turned away expressing his grief, Thus: "My people", he said "I conveyed to you Allah's message and His warning and I advised you against disobedience to Allah and I announced the event, but you do not seem to like those who give you advice".
The last word of Saaleh before leaving them was: "My people, I conveyed to you the message of the Lord and admonished you, but it seems that you resent those who wish you nothing but good. "
Then he turned from them, and said: "O my people! I have indeed conveyed to you the Message of my Lord, and have given you good advice but you like not good advisers."
So Salih left them, saying: "O my people! I did indeed convey to you the message for which I was sent by my Lord: I gave you good counsel, but ye love not good counsellors!"
So he turned away from them, saying, "O my people! Surely I conveyed to you my Lord’s message and gave you ˹sincere˺ advice, but you do not like ˹sincere˺ advisors."
So, he turned away from them and said, "O my people, indeed I have delivered to you the message of my Lord, and wished you betterment, but you do not like the well-wishers."
So he turned away from them, saying, ‘My people, I delivered my Lord’s messages to you and gave you sincere advice, but you did not like those who gave sincere advice.’
So he turned his back on them, and said, 'O my people, I have delivered to you the Message of my Lord, and advised you sincerely; but you do not love sincere advisers. '
and he turned away from them and said, 'O my people! I did preach to you the message of my Lord, and I gave you good advice! but ye love not sincere advisers. '
And Salih turned away from them and said, "O my people! I did deliver unto you the message of my Lord, and I gave you good advice; but you love not sincere advisers. "
So he turned away from them and said, "O my people! Indeed I have already proclaimed to you the Message of my Lord and advised you (sincerely), but you do not love (sincere) advisers. "
And Saleh departed from them, and said, O my people, now have I delivered unto you the message of my Lord; and I advised you well, but ye love not those who advise you well.
He (Sálih) left them, saying: "O my people! I did truly bring to you the Message for which I was sent by my Lord: I gave you good advice, but you did not love good advisors!"
Then he (- Sâlih) turned away from them and said, (lamenting upon their disaster), `O my people! I delivered to you the Messages of my Lord and offered you sincere advice but you do not like sincere counsellors. '
So he abandoned them , and said, ‘O my people! Certainly I communicated to you the message of my Lord, and I was your well-wisher, but you did not like well-wishers. ’
