That God might separate the bad from the good. And the bad will He place one upon another, and heap it all together, and place it in Gehenna; it is they who are the losers.

so that Allah can sift the bad out from the good, and pile the bad on top of one another, heaping them all together, and tip them into Hell. They are the lost.
