They hear not a whisper thereof; and they in what their souls desired abide eternally.

They will not hear the slightest sound of it (Hell): What their souls wanted, in it they will live.
(Not to speak of entering it;) they will not hear the faintest sound of it and they shall be abiding in (the midst of all the blessings) which their souls desire.
They will not hear even its faint sound and they will remain in what their souls desire.
