He is Al Hakim (he Source of wisdom and wise mysterious dispensations) and AL-Khabir (The Omniscient).
God is the One Who has created the heavens and the earth for a reason. Whenever He wishes to create something, He simply says "Be" and here it is created! God's word is the truth. He will be in absolute charge of the Day that the trumpet is blown. He has absolute knowledge over what you see and what you do not perceive. He is the Most Wise and the Most Knowledgeable.
