And then will they be awakened.

and at once they will be on the surface, wide awake!

and lo! they will be on the surface!
When lo! They will be fully awake.
Then, only then, are they wakeful (for Judgment) (i. e. for Hell or watchful place).
and behold, they shall appear alive on the face of the earth.
And then watch! They will be (completely) awake (to receive Judgment).
And behold! (after that) they will all be (awakened and come out) in the open.
and behold, they will be awake.
