In it are clear proofs of the station of Abraham; and whoso enters it is safe. And God’s claim upon mankind is a pilgrimage to the house, for whoso is able to find a path to it; and whoso denies: God is free from need of all mankind.)

In it are Clear Signs – the Maqam of Ibrahim. All who enter it are safe. Hajj to the House is a duty owed to Allah by all mankind – those who can find a way to do it. But if anyone is kafir, Allah is Rich Beyond Need of any being.

Wherein are plain memorials (of Allah's guidance); the place where Abraham stood up to pray; and whosoever entereth it is safe. And pilgrimage to the House is a duty unto Allah for mankind, for him who can find a way thither. As for him who disbelieveth, (let him know that) lo! Allah is Independent of (all) creatures.

It is majestically dignified with outward and visible signs of an inward and spiritual grace including Ibrahim’s station where he performed the prescribed acts of devotion. Whoever comes into it shall have the privilege of a sanctuary; he comes to be vested with immunity from harm and liability. The pilgrimage to there is a duty incumbent on people; those of them who can afford to do homage and honour to Almighty Allah. He who refuses to acknowledge this religious rite must realize that Allah is Ghaniyun (independent) of all creation, Self Existent and Absolute.
In Mecca there are clear signs You will find there a spot where Abraham used to worship. God has made Mecca a sanctuary; whoever enters there, will find safety and security (even during the dark ages of ignorance no body dared to disturb the peace of Mecca and any attack was dismantled even before being started.) Know that it is your obligation to God to visit this place for His worship, if you have the economic mean to travel there. The one who disobeys this commandment should know that God is self sufficient and not in need of anybody’s obedience

And whosoever disobeys (let him remember that) Allâh is Independent of the worlds.
In it are manifest signs Abraham’s Station, and whoever enters it shall be secure. And it is the duty of mankind toward Allah to make pilgrimage to the House —for those who can afford the journey to it— and should anyone renege , Allah is indeed without need of the creatures.
