“They have denied you for what you say,” — and you are able neither to avert nor to find help; and whoso does wrong among you, We will let him taste a great punishment.

So now they have disowned you for what you said, and they cannot avert it or give you any help. As for anyone among you who has done wrong, We will make him suffer great punishment.
They have refuted what you claimed, so you will not find any excuse nor any victor. And whosoever has done wrong among you, We will let him taste a great retribution.
It will be said to the idolaters of all forms, "Now your idols have proved you liars in what you say. So you cannot avert your penalty nor get help." And whoever among you wrongs others and thus wrongs himself, We shall make him taste of the great torment!

So they will deny you, , in what you say, and you cannot avert or help. And whoever commits injustice among you - We will make him taste a great punishment.
"And now, they have given the lie to all your assertions, and you can neither ward off nor obtain any succour! For, whoever of you has committed evil, him shall We cause to taste great suffering!"
Thus they will give you the lie regarding what ye say, then ye can neither avert (the doom) nor obtain help. And whoso among you doeth wrong, We shall make him taste great torment.
Thus will those deities give the lie to all what you now say,* and you will not be able to avert your doom, nor obtain any succour. We shall cause whoever of you commits wrong* to taste an enormous chastisement.
Then the infidels shall be told: "You see, your gods have accused you of falsehood and want of conformity to fact and by consequence you shall not escape the torment nor can you be afforded help. And now a warning is issued to all, Thus, you people at large must know that he who is wrongful of actions shall taste the torment laid upon the damned.
Once they will testify against you, you will have no recourse to an appeal or any kind of help as I will make the guilty ones to taste an awful punishment.
Thus they (false gods - all deities other than Allâh) will belie you (polytheists) regarding what you say (that they are gods besides Allâh): then you can neither avert (the punishment), nor get help. And whoever among you does wrong (i.e. sets up rivals to Allâh), We shall make him taste a great torment.
(Allah will say): "Now have they proved you liars in what ye say: so ye cannot avert (your penalty) nor (get) help." And whoever among you does wrong, him shall We cause to taste of a grievous Penalty.
˹The doomed will be told˺, "Your gods have clearly denied your claims. So now you can neither ward off ˹the punishment˺ nor get any help." And whoever of you does wrong, We will make them taste a horrible punishment.
Thus they will refute you in what you say, and you will not be able to repulse (the punishment,) or to receive help. Whoever commits injustice from among you, We will make him taste a painful punishment.

(Allah will say): "Now they have made you liars about what you say: So you cannot escape (penalty) or (get) help. " And whoever from you does wrong; We shall make him taste a great penalty.
(Then We shall say to the idol-worshipers), `Now these (deities) have given you the lie (and contradict you) with regard to what you said, so (today) you have no power to avert (the penalty) or get help (of any sort for yourselves); (remember) whosoever of you acts unjustly and goes wrong we shall make him suffer a great punishment. '
So they will certainly impugn you in what you say, and you will neither be able to circumvent nor find help, and whoever of you does wrong, We shall make him taste a terrible punishment.
