Surah Yunus (Jonas) — سورة يونس - **Verse:** 9 / 109 · **Juz:** 11 · **Mushaf page:** 208 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-yunus/verse-9 ## Arabic اِنَّ الَّذ۪ينَ اٰمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ يَهْد۪يهِمْ رَبُّهُمْ بِا۪يمَانِهِمْۚ تَجْر۪ي مِنْ تَحْتِهِمُ الْاَنْهَارُ ف۪ي جَنَّاتِ النَّع۪يمِ ## Transcription Inna allatheena amanoowaAAamiloo assalihati yahdeehim rabbuhumbi-eemanihim tajree min tahtihimu al-anharufee jannati annaAAeem ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley But as for those who have iman and do right actions, their Lord will guide them by their iman. Rivers will flow under them in Gardens of Delight. ### Progressive Muslims Those who believe and do good work, their Lord will guide them by their faith. Rivers will flow beneath them in the gardens of Paradise. ### Shabbir Ahmed Those who attain to faith, and help people, their Lord guides them by their conviction (that no action goes waste). Beneath them rivers will flow in the Gardens of Pleasure ### Muhammad Asad [But, ] verily, as for those who have attained to faith and do righteous deeds - their Sustainer guides them aright by means of their faith. [In the life to come,] running waters will flow at their feet in gardens of bliss; ### Marmaduke Pickthall Lo! those who believe and do good works, their Lord guideth them by their faith. Rivers will flow beneath them in the Gardens of Delight, ### Abul A'la Maududi — Tafhim commentary Surely those who believe (in the truths revealed in the Book) and do righteous deeds their Lord will guide them aright because of their faith.
