And how many a generation We destroyed before them stronger than them in might! And they penetrated into the land; had they any place of refuge?

وَكَمْ اَهْلَكْنَا قَبْلَهُمْ مِنْ قَرْنٍ هُمْ اَشَدُّ مِنْهُمْ بَطْشاً فَنَقَّبُوا فِي الْبِلَادِۜ هَلْ مِنْ مَح۪يصٍ
