If those in whose hearts is disease think that God will not bring forth their ill will:
Or did those with sickness in their hearts imagine that Allah would not expose their malevolence?
Or did those who harbour a disease in their hearts think that God would not bring out their evil thoughts
Or do the hypocrites think that Allah will not reveal their malice?
If those in whose hearts is disease think that God will not bring forth their ill will:

Or did those who harbor a disease in their hearts think that God would not bring out their evil thoughts?
Did those who harbor doubts in their hearts think that GOD will not bring out their evil thoughts?
Do they whose minds are filled with doubt, think that God will not expose their malice?
Or do those in whose hearts is disease think that Allah would never expose their hatred?
Or do they in whose hearts is disease think, perchance, that God would never bring their moral failings to light?
Or do those in whose hearts is a disease deem that Allah will not bring to light their (secret) hates?
Or do they, in whose hearts there is a sickness, believe that Allah will not bring their failings to light?
Or do these people, whose hearts reflect the morbidity inherent in their innermost being, think that Allah will not expose their malicious feelings?
Those who have a disease in their hearts, do they really think that God will not expose them?
Or do those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy), think that Allâh will not bring to light all their hidden ill-wills?
Or do those in whose hearts is a disease, think that Allah will not bring to light all their rancour?
Or do those with sickness in their hearts think that Allah will not ˹be able to˺ expose their malice?
Do those having malady in their hearts think that Allah will never expose their grudges (against Islam)?
Do the corrupt at heart assume that God will not expose their malice?
Or did those in whose hearts is sickness think that God would not bring to light their rancour?
Do those in whose hearts is sickness reckon that God will not bring their malice forth?
Or do those in whose heart is a disease think that Allah will not bring forth their secret faults?
Or (even) did the ones in whose hearts is sickness reckon that Allah would never bring out their malice?
Do they in whose hearts is an infirmity, imagine that God will not bring their malice to light?
Or do those in whose hearts is a disease, think that Allah will not bring to light all their evil intentions?
Do the people with diseased minds suppose that Allâh will never bring their malice to light?
Do those in whose hearts is a sickness suppose that Allah will not expose their spite?
