Will they then not consider the Qur’an with care! If there be locks upon their hearts:
Will they not then ponder the Qur’an or are there locks upon their hearts?

Will they then not meditate on the Qur'an, or are there locks on the hearts?
Do they, then, not reflect on the Qur'an? Or are there locks on their hearts?
Do they not ponder and meditate upon the Quran or do they keep locks upon their hearts?
Why do they not study Qur’an carefully? Do their brains not functioning?
Do they not then think deeply in the Qur’ân, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?
Do they not then earnestly seek to understand the Qur'an, or are their hearts locked up by them?
Do they not then reflect on the Quran? Or are there locks upon their hearts?
Then, do they not give serious thought to the Qur’ān, or do they have locks on their hearts?
Will they not contemplate the Quran? Do they have locks on their hearts?
What, do they not ponder the Koran? Or is it that there are locks upon their hearts?
Do they not peruse the Qur'an? or are there locks upon their hearts?
Do they not then meditate on the Quran or are there locks on the heart?
Will they then not contemplate the Qur'an? Or are there locks upon (their) hearts?
Do they not therefore attentively meditate on the Koran? Are there locks upon their hearts?
Then, do they not, honestly try to understand the Quran, or are their hearts locked up by them?
Is it that they do not earnestly seek to understand the Qur'ân? Rather (their) hearts are securely locked up by their own locks.
