Surah Ibrahim (Abraham) — سورة ابراهيم - **Verse:** 2 / 52 · **Juz:** 13 · **Mushaf page:** 254 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-ibrahim/verse-2 ## Arabic اَللّٰهِ الَّذ۪ي لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمٰوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْاَرْضِۜ وَوَيْلٌ لِلْكَافِر۪ينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ شَد۪يدٍۙ ## Transcription Allahi allathee lahu mafee assamawati wama fee al-ardiwawaylun lilkafireena min AAathabin shadeed ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Allah is He to Whom everything in the heavens and everything in the earth belongs. Woe to the kuffar because of a terrible punishment – ### Progressive Muslims God, to whom belongs all that is in the heavens, and all that is in the Earth. And woe to the rejecters from a painful retribution. ### Shabbir Ahmed Allah to Whom belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth. (His Commands must govern your social order as they govern the Universe). Therefore, those who reject His Guidance, incur an awful retribution. ### Sam Gerrans — The Qur'an: A Complete Revelation Of God, to whom belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth; and woe to the false claimers of guidance from a severe punishment! ### The Monotheist Group — The Quran: A Monotheist Translation God, to whom belong all that is in the heavens and the earth.
