Surah Ghafir (The Forgiver) — سورة غافر - **Verse:** 43 / 85 · **Juz:** 24 · **Mushaf page:** 471 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-ghafir/verse-43 ## Arabic لَا جَرَمَ اَنَّمَا تَدْعُونَن۪ٓي اِلَيْهِ لَيْسَ لَهُ دَعْوَةٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَلَا فِي الْاٰخِرَةِ وَاَنَّ مَرَدَّنَٓا اِلَى اللّٰهِ وَاَنَّ الْمُسْرِف۪ينَ هُمْ اَصْحَابُ النَّارِ ## Transcription La jarama annama tadAAoonaneeilayhi laysa lahu daAAwatun fee addunya walafee al-akhirati waanna maraddana ila Allahiwaanna almusrifeena hum as-habu annar ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley There is no question that what you call me to has no foundation either in this world or the Next World, that our return is to Allah, and that the profligate will be Companions of the Fire. ### Progressive Muslims "There is no doubt that what you invite me to has no basis in this world, nor in the Hereafter.
