Surah Az-Zumar (The Groups) — سورة الزمر - **Verse:** 25 / 75 · **Juz:** 23 · **Mushaf page:** 460 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-az-zumar/verse-25 ## Arabic كَذَّبَ الَّذ۪ينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَاَتٰيهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ## Transcription Kaththaba allatheena minqablihim faatahumu alAAathabu min haythu layashAAuroon ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Those before them also denied the truth and the punishment came upon them from where they did not expect. ### Progressive Muslims Those before them have denied, and thus the retribution came to them from where they did not perceive. ### Shabbir Ahmed Those who lived before their times, also denied the Truth.
