And perform thou not the duty for any among them that dies ever, nor stand thou over his grave; they denied God and His messenger, and died while they were perfidious.

Never pray over any of them who die or stand at their graves. They rejected Allah and His Messenger and died as deviators.
And do not attend towards any of them when they have died, nor stand at their grave. They have rejected God and His messenger and died while they were wicked.
Nor shall you (O Prophet) ever follow the funeral of any of them that dies, nor stand at his grave. They rejected Allah and His Messenger and drifted away from the Divine Commands till death.

If the hypocrite die, you (Mohammad) are forbidden to say the farewell prayer for them. You are not even allowed to pay a visit to their graves as they died when they were corrupt and had chosen to deny the Lord and His Messenger.
And never (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (hypocrites) who dies, nor stand at his grave. Certainly they disbelieved in Allâh and His Messenger, and died while they were Fâsiqûn (rebellious, - disobedient to Allâh and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم).
