And there prevents their expenditures being accepted from them only that they denied God and His messenger, and come not to the duty save as idlers, and spend not save unwillingly.

وَمَا مَنَعَهُمْ اَنْ تُقْبَلَ مِنْهُمْ نَفَقَاتُهُمْ اِلَّٓا اَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا بِاللّٰهِ وَبِرَسُولِه۪ وَلَا يَأْتُونَ الصَّلٰوةَ اِلَّا وَهُمْ كُسَالٰى وَلَا يُنْفِقُونَ اِلَّا وَهُمْ كَارِهُونَ
