Your suffering is distressing to him; he is deeply concerned for you; he is gentle and merciful to the muminun. ### Progressive Muslims A messenger has come to you from yourselves, concerned over your suffering, anxious over you, towards the believers he is compassionate, merciful. ### Shabbir Ahmed (All humanity must realize that) there has come to you a Messenger one of your own who feels your burden. He is grieved at heart and affected with deep sorrow to see you perfect your ruin and be destroyed by your iniquities which oppress his feelings and his mind. It grieves him that you should receive any injury or difficulty.
