لِمَنْ شَٓاءَ مِنْكُمْ اَنْ يَسْتَق۪يمَ

Liman shaa minkum an yastaqeem

 Cümlesinde baştaki olumsuz anlam إِلَّا ile olumluya çevrilmiş ve mef'uller hazfedilmiştir. Mef'ulleri yerine koyarsak ayetin tefsiri şöyle olur:

 وَمَا تَشَاؤُونَ أي وَمَا تكوَّنون الشيء إِلَّا أن يَشَاء اللَّهُ أي الا بقدر قد كونه الله رَبُّ الْعَالَمِينَ له
