Surah At-Taghabun (Mutual Disillusion) — سورة التغابن - **Verse:** 13 / 18 · **Juz:** 28 · **Mushaf page:** 556 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-at-taghabun/verse-13 ## Arabic اَللّٰهُ لَٓا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَۜ وَعَلَى اللّٰهِ فَلْيَتَوَكَّلِ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ ## Transcription Allahu la ilaha illahuwa waAAala Allahi falyatawakkali almu/minoon ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley Allah – there is no god but Him. So let the muminun put their trust in Allah. ### Progressive Muslims God, there is no god besides Him. In God the believers shall put their trust. ### Shabbir Ahmed Allah! There is no god but He. In Allah, then, let the believers put their trust. (They know that His Laws never change). ### Sam Gerrans — The Qur'an: A Complete Revelation God, there is no god save He. And in God then let the believers place their trust. ### The Monotheist Group — The Quran: A Monotheist Translation God, there is no god besides Him. In God the believers shall put their trust. ### Rashad Khalifa — The Final Testament GOD: there is no other god besides Him. In GOD the believers shall trust. ### Mohamed Ahmed - Samira God: There is no god but He; and in God should believers place their trust. ### Sahih International — (Umm Muhammad, Mary Kennedy, Amatullah Bantley) Allah - there is no deity except Him. And upon Allah let the believers rely. ### Muhammad Asad God - there is no deity save Him! In God then let the believers place their trust. ### Marmaduke Pickthall Allah! There is no god except Him. In Allah, therefore, let believers put their trust. ### Abul A'la Maududi — Tafhim commentary Allah there is no god but He; in Allah should the believers put all their trust.[1] _Footnotes_ - [1] That is, all divine powers belong to Allah alone. No one else has any power to make or mar your destiny. He alone can bring about a good time and He alone can avert a bad time. Therefore, whoever believes sincerely that Allah is One, has absolutely no other choice than to place his full trust in Him and to continue doing his duty as a believer with the conviction that goodness and well being only lie in the way that Allah has shown him. If he attains to success in this way, it will only be by Allah’s help and leave; there is no other helper. And if he encounters difficulties, hardships, dangers and disasters in this way, Allah alone will rescue him, for there is no other rescuer beside Him. ### Abdel Khalek Himmat — Al- Muntakhab Allah, there is no Ilah but Him; and so, entertain with profound reverence His very Oneness, Singleness, Sameness and Uniqueness, and in Him the believers, whose hearts have been touched with the Divine hand, should trust. ### Bijan Moeinian God is the One beside Whom there is no divine power. In God the believers trust. ### Al-Hilali & Khan Allâh! Lâ ilâha illâ Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). And in Allâh (Alone) therefore, let the believers put their trust. ### Abdullah Yusuf Ali Allah! There is no god but He: and on Allah, therefore, let the Believers put their trust. ### Mustafa Khattab — The Clear Quran Allah—there is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him. Öyleyse inançlılar (yalnızca) Tanrı'ya tevekkül etsinler. ### Hasan Basri Çantay — Kur'an-ı Hakim ve Meal-i Kerim Allah odur ki kendisinden başka hiçbir tanrı yokdur. Onun için, iman edenler ancak Allaha güvenib dayansın (lar). ### İbni Kesir Allah O'durki; O'ndan başka hiç bir ilah yoktur.
