لَهُ مَقَال۪يدُ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِۚ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَٓاءُ وَيَقْدِرُۜ اِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَل۪يمٌ

Lahu maqaleedu assamawatiwal-ardi yabsutu arrizqa liman yashaowayaqdiru innahu bikulli shay-in AAaleem

The Keys of the heavens and earth belong to Him. He expands the provision of anyone He wills or restricts it. He has knowledge of all things.
