Surah Ash-Shuraa (Consultation) — سورة الشورى - **Verse:** 11 / 53 · **Juz:** 25 · **Mushaf page:** 483 - **Source:** https://quran.so/surah-ash-shuraa/verse-11 ## Arabic فَاطِرُ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِۜ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِنْ اَنْفُسِكُمْ اَزْوَاجاً وَمِنَ الْاَنْعَامِ اَزْوَاجاًۚ يَذْرَؤُ۬كُمْ ف۪يهِۜ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِه۪ شَيْءٌۚ وَهُوَ السَّم۪يعُ الْبَص۪يرُ ## Transcription Fatiru assamawatiwal-ardi jaAAala lakum min anfusikum azwajanwamina al-anAAami azwajan yathraokum feehilaysa kamithlihi shay-on wahuwa assameeAAu albaseer ## Translations ### Aisha Bewley the Bringer into Being of the heavens and the earth: He has given you mates from among yourselves, and given mates to the livestock, in that way multiplying you. Nothing is like Him. He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing. ### Progressive Muslims Initiator of the heavens and the Earth. He created for you from among yourselves mates, and also mates for the livestock so they may multiply. There is nothing like unto Him. Thus does He multiply you. Nothing material or immaterial is like unto Him; He is AL-Sami’ (the Omnipresent with unlimited audition) and He is AL-Bassir (the vigilant who hears and sees all things.) ### Bijan Moeinian God is the Initiator of the heavens and the earth.
